DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine almond flour and confectioners' sugar in the bowl of a food processor. Mix briefly.

  2. Add the egg white, salt, and almond extract, and keep mixing until all the ingredients come together and it forms into a shapable ball.

  3. Remove the almond paste from the processor and shape the paste into a log. 

  4. Double wrap it in plastic and refrigerate until ready to use.

  • 170 g almond flour

  • 170 g confectioners’ sugar

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • 1 ½ tsp almond extract

  • 1 egg white
